Bootcamp

Love the outdoors? Bring on the weather?!!  Join this small, friendly group (and their dogs!) for 45 minutes at local village halls

Varied workouts, welcoming and chatty group...don't be fooled, this group works hard and has a good time while doing it!

 

Small Group Training

Prefer working out indoors with friends but not keen on large gyms? 

Then bring a friend or 2 or 3 and workout together in the studio at a time to suit you
